Laois death notice: Eileen Scott (née Bannan), Portlaoise and Portarlington

Eileen Scott (née Bannan), Shandra, Portarlington, Laois/Offaly and formerly of Pallas, Portlaoise, Laois died peacefully on 9 September, surrounded by her loving family, while in the wonderful care of the staff of the Regional Hospital Portlaoise.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Eamon, parents Joseph and Brigid, brothers and sisters.

Deeply regretted by her loving family David, Orla, Kevin and Enda, son-in-law Pieter, daughters-in-law Yvonne, Nicola and Eadaoin, treasured grandchildren Eamon, Ciaran, Scott, Vanessa, Anna, Noah, Ava, Hugh and Evan, her close friend Sean, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Eileen Rest In Peace.

Reposing at her daughter Orla's residence, Quarry Lodge, Killenard, Portarlington (R32 A9K7) this Friday evening from 3pm, with Rosary at 8pm.

Removal on Saturday at 12.50pm (travelling via the Canal Road and her residence), arriving at St Michael's Church, Portarlington for Requiem Mass at 2pm.

Funeral afterwards to St Michael's Cemetery, Portarlington.

House private on Saturday morning, please.

Eileen's Requiem Mass will be streamed live on the church webcam.
