Laois death notice: John (Johnny) Dunphy, Durrow

John (Johnny) Dunphy, Knockanoran, Durrow, Laois, passed away peacefully on 5 February, while under the care of Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore, following a short illness bravely borne.

He was predeceased by his parents Bernard (Barney) and Kathleen (Katie) and also by his siblings Margaret, Catherine and Eugene, who passed away in infancy.

Johnny is deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by his children Louise, Edel, Niamh and Bernard and their mother Kitty, his sisters Pauline, Marie and Ann and his brother Michael, his ten cherished grandchildren Joseph, Aidan, Rachel, Emma, Hannah, Grace, Max, Jessica, Henry and James, his brothers in law, sisters in law, sons in law Michael and Brian, his daughter in law Patrycja, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May he Rest in Peace.

Requiem Mass will be on Monday 9 February at 11am in the Church of the Holy Trinity, Durrow, Laois (R32 CK11), with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
