Laois death notice: Lorraine Quinn (née Phelan), Killenard

Lorraine Quinn (née Phelan), ‘Rainey’, The Heritage, Killenard, Laois and late of Sutton, Dublin died peacefully on 13 October, surrounded by her devoted husband John and her three daughters Jenny, Orla and Nessa, following a short illness under the amazing care of all the staff in ICU, Tallaght University Hospital.

Thoroughly loved by her sons-in-law John, Jamesie and Gerry; her adored eight grandchildren Rory, Jack, Sam, Jools, Issy, Maisie, Abigail and Beth, her two great-grandchildren Hugo and Sienna, sister Ger and brother Anton, brother-in-law Justin, sister-in-law Ursula and all her nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Predeceased by her parents James and Bridget, brother Michael, brother-in-law Tom, sister Ann and niece Amy.

Lorraine will be reposing in Stafford’s Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock this Sunday afternoon from 2pm to 4pm.

Lorraine’s Funeral Mass will take place in St Fintan’s Church, Sutton on Monday morning at 11.30am, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium.
