The late Martin (Unc) Scully
Martin passed away peacefully in Oghill Nursing Home in his 98th Year.
Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Mary (Nee Deegan) and his siblings John, Emily (Miller), Ellen (Dunne), Kathy (Walsh), Anne (Behan), Louie, Bridie (Scully) and Julia (Sinnott). Martin will be sadly missed by his nephew Paddy Scully and Family, his cousin Peg Lalor (Nee Kane), by his many nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren, and by a huge circle of friends in Vicarstown and surrounding areas, farmers, footballers, card players and neighbours.
Reposing at the Presentation Chapel Stradbally (R32 WRH9) on Sunday the 5th of July from 4pm, concluding with recital of the rosary at 7pm. Removal by Whelehan Funeral Directors on Monday morning at 10:30am to arrive at the Church of the Assumption Vicarstown (R32 N803) for 11am Requiem Mass. Interment to follow in Moyanna Cemetery.
