Laois death notice: Robert Flanagan, Portlaoise

Robert Flanagan, Lake Glade, Kilminchy, Portlaoise, Laois and formerly Tallaght, Dublin passed away peacefully on 26 July.

Beloved husband of Caren and dearly loved father of Jack, Luke and Sadhbh.

Robert will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken family: his mother Pauline and father Bob; brothers Jimmy and Ian; mother-in-law Lelia and father-in-law Joe; sisters-in-law Caroline, Catherine, Carina, Leila, Antoinette, Raisa, Suzanne and Rebeccah; brothers-in-law Alan, Joe, Kevin, Ciaran, Eoin and Ian; nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and many friends in Shamrock Rovers and Portlaoise Soccer Club.

Funeral prayers will take place at the Life Church, Portlaoise (R32HA21) on Thursday evening at 7.30 pm. Cremation will take place on Friday in Newlands Crematorium.
