22 acres of agricultural land sells at Auction

Last Friday afternoon the 26th of September Joe Coogan Auctioneer offered circa 22 acres of agricultural land with road frontage.
The land is situated at Aghcross, Ballickmoyler Co Laois. Situated approximately 2 miles Ballickmoyler, 7 miles Castlecomer, 14 miles Athy.
The property was withdrawn from public auction at €300,000 and sold for a considerable higher price in the region of €17,000 per acre.
The property was sold to a person from the locality.
