John P Halloran, Carlow Road, Abbeyleix and formerly of Moyglass, Co. Galway died unexpectedly and peacefully at his home on Thursday 9 January. John P was predeceased by his beloved wife Patricia and his brother Dermot.

Abbeyleix have a long and storied history at Inter-Club level but as yet the AIG Jimmy Bruen crown has eluded the almost 130 year old club
