Kirstie McGrath, 34, with an address at St Anthony's Road, Dublin 8 and Niamh Mulreany, 29, from Scarlett Row, Essex Street West, Dublin 2, were both arrested on the afternoon of April 2nd, 2021, at Terminal 2 in Dublin Airport.

Niamh Mulreany (27), Scarlett Row, Essex Street West, and Kirstie McGrath (32), St Anthony’s Road, Rialto, both Dublin, had brought an appeal over the High Court’s dismissal of their challenge to their prosecution for that alleged refusal
