A Laois farmer was among the award winners at this year’s Tirlán Dairy and Sustainability Awards.

TRACTORS of all shapes and colours roared up the impressive avenue that leads to Knockbeg College, when the school hosted its annual tractor run recently.

EMBRACE FARM, the Laois based farm support organisation has been shortlisted for a national award. With its offices in Shanahoe, the organisation has been shortlisted for the RDS Sustainability Awards in the Rural Social Impact Award category.
