Five dogs have been rescued from a home in Portlaoise after they were found in what has been described as a ‘sad state of neglect.

Andrew (Andy) Quinn, Old Borris, Castletown died peacefully at home on Friday 24 January. Andrew was predeceased by his wife Mary (Mitchell), brothers Tom, Jack and Joe, sister Mena (Foley).
