MICHAEL Scully was only 13 years old when he picked up a book in Portlaoise library entitled How to Develop Your Own Film.

The launch of a Silver Jubilee book formed part of the celebrations 

On Monday, a five-judge Supreme Court overturned the CoA decision and said Michael Scully could be pursued for enforcement of the judgment here.
