LOCAL artist, sound therapist and playwright Siobhán Parkinson launched her second solo art exhibition in Mountmellick library on Tuesday 5 May with an evening of holistic sound healing, guided meditation and a lovely celebration cake.

BALLYFIN Players return to the stage this month with a lively evening of drama, comedy, and community spirit. Their three one-act plays will run on Friday 14 November and Saturday 15 November at 7. 30pm in the Mountmellick Community Arts Centre.
