Bill Irish, of Mountain Road, Airmount, Slieverue, Kilkenny, was convicted by a jury following a trial last November of sexual assault and oral rape.

The four children were aged between 12 and 17 at the time of the offending.

The 45-year-old pleaded guilty to one charge of oral rape of the then 17-year-old girl at her home
