American and British wedding and event planners visit luxury Laois hotel

WEDDING planners from across the United States and Britain have visited Laois as part of a tour visiting potential high-end destination wedding events.
The groups were guests of Tourism Ireland and Fáilte Ireland, who both worked alongside Olivia Buckley International – an Irish luxury weddings and events agency.
The aim was to showcase Ireland's luxury hotels and venues to the visiting planners, who deliver bespoke celebrations in some of the world’s most prestigious destinations in the hope that they will feature Irish venues in upcoming offerings. During their time here, the planners carried out site inspections at various resort hotels, luxury castles and country house hotels, including Ballyfin.
