Applications being accepted for Mountmellick Credit Union Community Fund
The closing date for submission of completed applications is Friday 28 February.
APPLICATIONS are now being accepted for funding from the Mountmellick Credit Union Community Fund.
The Community Fund supports local community groups, clubs and organisations in Mountmellick, Rathangan, Clonaslee and across their common bond.
With up to €30,000 available Mountmellick Credit Union is committed to supporting initiatives that make a positive impact on the community.
As part of the Credit Union’s efforts to improve efficiencies and promote sustainability, all applications must be submitted online. This transition reduces paper, ensures a smoother process for applicants, and helps the Credit Union manage funding requests more effectively.
The closing date for submission of completed applications is Friday 28 February.
Head of Marketing at Mountmellick Credit Union Danielle Fitzsimons said: “Mountmellick Credit Union Community Fund is a vital resource for local groups that work tirelessly to support and enhance our communities. By moving to an online application process we are streamlining the process and eliminating paper while ensuring consistency in the information we receive. We encourage all eligible groups to submit their applications and take advantage of this funding opportunity. To be considered for funding, applicants should clearly outline how the funds will benefit the community. Detail how they will promote Mountmellick Credit Union among their members. Consider applying for support for initiatives with an environmental or sustainability focus.
