Portlaooise Court: Charged with indecent exposure and masturbation

A LAOIS man who allegedly exposed himself and masturbated on the Main Street of Monasterevin was remanded on continuing bail when he came before Portlaoise District Court last week.
The man, who cannot be named due to Judge Susan Fay’s directions, is charged with the indecency offence, which took place on 9 April.
Judge Fay adjourned the case to 27 January to allow time for the 44-year-old defendant to decide whether he is going to plead guilty at that hearing or whether a book of evidence is needed to be compiled in relation to the alleged offence.
