The late Carmel Clancy
Carmel Clancy (née O'Keeffe), Fermoyle, Durrow and late of Portlaoise Road, Abbeyleix passed away peacefully in her home after a short illness, bravely born on Monday 28 October.
Carmel was the cherished wife of Eddie.
Adored Mother to Roisin, Deirdre and Bonnie and son-in-law Eddie (Rowe), precious grandsons Rian, Iarlaith, Ruan and Tom.
Predeceased by her loving family Mick, Marie, Rose (Kealey), Paddy and Billy. Deeply regretted by her loving family John, Eddie, Teresa (Kelly) and Linda (Byrne), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing in the Chapel of Repose adjoining the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Abbeyleix on Tuesday evening 29 October from 5pm with prayers at 7.30pm.
Requiem Mass on Wednesday 30 October in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Abbeyleix at 2pm. Interment afterwards in Ballyouskill Cemetery adjoining the Church of the Assumption.
House private. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society.
