Garda appeal after Laois burglary

LAOIS gardaí are appealing for information following a burglary in Portarlington this week.
The Portlaoise Detective Unit is investigating the burglary, which happened at Congress Terrace on Wednesday 16 October, between 6.45pm and 8pm.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who noticed suspicious people or vehicles in the area at the time to contact them.
They are also asking residents and motorists in the vicinity to review any available CCTV, doorbell camera or dash-cam footage from that time period, which may assist the investigation.
