Mother is returning to this year’s Electric Picnic

Mother After Dark is back and it's bigger, bolder and more brilliant than ever
THE ever-colorful and joyous queer dance party in the woods – Mother After Dark - is back and it’s bigger, bolder and more brilliant than ever.
Mother returns to Electric Picnic with Mother After Dark, the late-night celebration of queer joy, radical self-expression and dancefloor liberation under the stars.
From 11pm right through to 4am from Friday to Sunday, the Mother stage will once again transform into a high-octane queer dance party beneath the trees, complete with DJs, drag, dancers, kink and pure queer energy pulsing into the night.
The line-up includes Mother DJs Rocky T. Delgado, Ruth Kavanagh and Ghostboy. They will be joined across the weekend by special guests Kelly-Anne Byrne and Glamo behind the decks, keeping the energy high 'til the wee small hours.

The cast of drag and performance artists lighting up the stage includes Abrakedavre, Annie Queeries, APHRA, Avatar Guille, BetteDavidEyes, Blaq Coffee, Blue Flame, Bonnie Boux, Chanel, Cornflake Girl, Crimson leCreme, Donna Fella, Elle LeGent, Haus of W.I.G, Kora Elle, Liam Bee, Naomi Diamond, Nokia, Pixie Woo, Saint Marco, Scarlett Van Tassel, Shaqira Knightly, Terri Fierce, Vicky Volltz, and Viola Gayvis.
A celebration of queer community, creativity and connection, Mother After Dark is an Electric Picnic institution. It’s a space for freedom, joy and late-night magic, soundtracked by some of Ireland’s most exciting queer talent.
