Self-Defence classes for teenage girls in Laois

A Four-week self-defence programme for teenage Girls with Portlaoise Combat Academy will commence on Wednesday starting on 25 June, 6-7pm. The classes will take place at Unit 13B, National Enterprise Park, Portlaoise. Ages 13-19 years, cost €20 for the four weeks (must register in advance to secure a place) Register via Laois Sports Partnership website or contact Liam on 086 0111722.
