Three Laois Projects to go Dulux Colour Confident for 2025

Knock NS is one of the lucky recipients

Three Laois Community Projects to go Colour Confident for 2025 has just revealed today that Three Laois community projects have been award help courtesy of the Dulux Let’s Colour Project for 2025.

The shortlisted community projects include:

• Borris Innovation Centre Community Hub Paint works

• Shanahoe Gaa redevelopment

 • Knock National School, Abbeyleix

The Dulux Let’s Colour Project did a call out to all the counties of Ireland in a bid to ‘colour every corner of Ireland’ and Laois had a great response.

According to Roisin Bermingham, Dulux Let’s Colour Project Lead, ‘A huge congratulations to all the successful projects across Laois that got the go ahead, so we at Dulux can help facilitate their transformation via the power of colourful paint. So many initiatives don’t have the funds to carry out change and improvements and we are happy to help them via our paint donations. To all the projects who didn’t get the go ahead for 2025, please remember there will be another drive to find projects in 2026, so don’t’ give up hope!’ The Dulux Let’s Colour Project has been running since 2011, delivering much needed paint to hundreds of projects. This most recent phase will run for three years from 2025 to 2028 carrying a broad remit on the type of spaces that can be helped, whether they be GAA clubs, meeting halls, national charities in need of help, men’s or ladies sheds, all projects will be considered.
