A special Launch Event took place on Thursday, May 1st The Spa at The Heritage were joined by over 120 guests on May 1st for the launch of the award-winning Elemis product range and treatment collection, bringing world-renowned skincare innovation and luxurious spa rituals to its already exceptional offering. To celebrate, The Spa hosted an exclusive Elemis launch party on Thursday, May 1st, inviting guests to indulge in an evening of pampering, discovery, and celebration.
The launch evening was a luxurious experience with prosecco, canapés, and refreshments for guests. Guests spoke with Elemis representatives and expert skin advisors and enjoyed complimentary 10-minute express treatments — choosing from a relaxing scalp massage, hand and arm massage, shoulder massage, or an advanced Elemis Skin Lab analysis. Everyone also took away a lovely goodie bag including Elemis mini-products and vouchers for a midweek spa experience.
The introduction of Elemis is a natural enhancement to The Spa at The Heritage, known for its commitment to delivering prestigious, results-driven treatments using technologically advanced spa products. Guests have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the science of skin wellness, blending Elemis’s botanical expertise with the tranquil surroundings of this celebrated spa.
The Heritage Spa Experience is a one-hour journey through the Thermal Suite, offering a blend of hot and cold sensations to invigorate both body and mind. It included a state-of-the-art Himalayan salt therapy room and a Finnish-style rustic sauna.
The Spa has recently expanded its offerings with two brand-new therapy rooms, dedicated to authentic Moroccan Bath treatments, including The Hammam Ritual — a deeply cleansing 45-minute treatment rooted in Ottoman traditions — and The Rasul Ritual, perfect for a couple or two friends to enjoy together. It was a self-application mud and steam therapy offering a unique, detoxifying experience.
Adjacent to the spa, the Health Club featured a 15-metre leisure pool, Jacuzzi, and a state-of-the-art fitness studio equipped with Technogym machines.
