The conflict in the Middle East features heavily on Irish front pages on Wednesday.

The Irish Times, Irish Independent and Irish Daily Mirror lead with the war in Iran as the Government works to bring stranded Irish people home.

The Irish Examiner lead with Taoiseach Micheál Martin accusing fuel companies of price gouging as fears over the escalating conflict in the Middle East sparked surging petrol and home heating oil prices.
