The death occurred at home on 22 January, in the company of his beloved wife Esther, of León De Barra, 31 Sráid an tSáirséalaigh, Móinteach Mílic, Co Laoise (Sarsfield Street, Mountmellick, Co Laois). Predeceased by his brothers Micheál and Kevin.
