The late Jake Malone
Jake Malone, Cuan Bhride, Rathdowney passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and caring staff at Milford Care Centre, Limerick.
Jake started her Dharma spiritual journey on Saturday 15 March.
Deeply missed by her siblings Helene, Gerry, John, Caroline, Pat, Anna-Marie, Kate and Aideen, extended family and many dear friends.
Predeceased by her parents Paddy and Sheila and baby brother Sylvester.
A celebration of Jake's life will take place on Tuesday 18 March in Mount Jerome Crematorium (Victorian Chapel) Harold's Cross, Dublin (Eircode D6W HY98) at 4 pm.
Family flowers only please.
