Catherine (Tess) Stodel, (née Dunne), formerly of Clonabeg, Clonaslee, Co Laois, Portlaoise and England, passed away peacefully on 10 January in the loving care of the staff at St Vincent's Community Nursing Unit, Mountmellick.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Jack and her infant baby girl Leonora. Tess will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children Clara and Martin, her son-in-law Mark, her cherished grandchildren Kyra, Floyd, Ethan and Alessia, her sisters Margaret, Nance, Carmel, Bernadette and Geraldine and her brothers PV and Brendan, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

May Tess's Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at the Heritage Centre, Main St., Clonaslee, on Thursday 16 January from 11.30am – 1.30pm, with removal to St Manman's Church, Clonaslee, arriving for 2pm Funeral Mass. A private cremation will take place at a later date.
