Mary Murphy (née Grogan) RIP
It is with deep sadness, in her 90th year, that we announce the passing of Mary Murphy (née Grogan), Emmet St, Mallow, (formerly of Lisduff, Co Laois). Mary passed away peacefully on 20th March, surrounded by the love of her family at Cork University Hospital.
Pre-deceased by her devoted husband Jerry, most recently deceased by her daughter Paula, Toronto, Canada, and sister of the late Joe, Sam and infant sister Kathleen. Loving mother of Geraldine (Thomas), Cathal and Fiona (O’Callaghan).
Mary will be forever missed by her heartbroken family, brother Charlie (Lally), sister Nettie, her daughter-in-law Fiona, sons-in-law David and Dermot, her adoring grandchildren Darragh, Abbie, Muireann and Adam, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, amazing neighbours and her wonderful caregivers Claire and Alek.
Mary will be remembered for her kindness and the joy and love she brought to her family and friends and of course her timeless glamour.

Lying in repose at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Monday from 7pm with prayers at 8.30pm, followed by removal to St. Mary's Church, Mallow.
Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 2.30pm, which may be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/mallow.
Funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait's Cemetery, Mallow.
