Seán (John) Mahon died peacefully on 26 February in his 90th year, in the care of the staff of St. Carthages Nursing Home, Mucklagh, Co Offaly.
Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Peter Mahon, his beloved wife Margaret and his sisters and brother Molly Gregg (London), Lily Walsh (Bradford), Bridie Hogan (Tullamore) and Denis Mahon (Bradford).
Sadly missed by his daughters Marie and Shauna, sons in law John and Graham, grandchildren Juan, Emma and Thomas, his sister Peg Gibson (Ipswich), nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, relatives and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing St. Carthage’s Nursing Home, Mucklagh (R35EK85) on Thursday from 6pm. Recital of The Rosary at 7.30pm.
Reposing at Moloney’s Funeral Home, Mountmellick (R32 PC95) on Friday from 5pm. Recital of the Rosary at 6.30pm.
Removal from Moloney’s Funeral Home on Saturday morning at 10.45am to St. Joseph’s Church, Mountmellick, for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Renal Dialysis Unit at the Regional Hospital, Tullamore.
