Gardaí appealing for help to trace Black Audi A3 linked to Clare shooting

Gardaí are appealing to the public to help trace a Black Audi A3 which is believed to be connected to a shooting in Clare last Friday.

A shooting occurred at Dun na Hinse Estate in Ennis, where three people were injured after several shots were fired at a house just after 7am.

The suspects involved fled the scene in a Black Audi A3.

Subsequently, on July 26th,  a Black Audi A3 was discovered burnt out at Garruragh, Tulla, Clare, between 3pm and 5.30pm.

Gardaí are seeking assistance from members of the public who may have witnessed either incident or observed a Black Audi A3 in the areas of Dun na Hinse Estate, Ennis, or Garruragh, Tulla, during the relevant dates and times.

Road users with camera footage (including dash-cam) who were travelling on the N85 at Claureen between 7am and 7.15am, on the N85 between Ennistymon and Ennis between 6am and 8am on  July 24th, or on local roads at Garruragh and Cragroe, Tulla between 3pm and 5.30pm on 26th July, are asked to make this footage available to investigating gardaí.
