Ireland under-17s lose 4-1 to Portugal in European Championship qualifiers

The Ireland under-17s are on the back foot in their attempts to qualify for this summer’s European Championships.
Colin O’Brien’s side were beaten 4-1 on Wednesday by group hosts Portugal.
Next up is a meeting with Germany on Saturday - the Germans drew 3-3 with Croatia earlier.
