Laois death notice: Andrew (Andy) Phelan, Durrow

Andrew (Andy) Phelan, Kyle, Durrow, Laois died peacefully on 8 November at the Regional Hospital Portlaoise.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Julia, his sister Margaret Comerford and brothers-in-law Louie and Harry.

Deeply regretted by his wife Mary, daughters Sheila and Theresa, son PJ, brothers Tommy and Michael, sisters Sadie and Sr Martina, sons-in-law Ivan and Dinny, daughter-in-law Ellen, grandchildren Jake, Vivienne, Joe, Laura, Andrew, Ciara, Sarah, Adam and Jack, great-grandchildren Luca and Levi, brothers-in-law Phil and Michael, sisters-in-law Patricia, Patricia, Mary and Patricia, sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his residence on Monday, with prayers at 7pm. Reposing in the Chapel of Repose adjoining the Church Of The Most Holy Rosary, Abbeyleix on Tuesday from 5pm, with prayers at 7pm.

Removal to the Church Of The Most Holy Rosary, Abbeyleix on Wednesday for 11am Requiem Mass. Interment afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery 

Family flowers only by request. Donations in lieu to Friends of Portlaoise Hospital.
