Laois death notice: Anne Kavanagh (née Booth), Stradbally

Anne Kavanagh (née Booth), Garrons, Stradbally, Laois passed away peacefully on Monday 15 June in Midland Regional Hospital Portlaoise, in the company of her loving family.

Predeceased by her mother Emma and her father Joe, brother Richard and sister Cinta.

Anne will be greatly missed by her devoted husband Jim, loving daughters Emma and Anna and Anna’s boyfriend Gary.

Sadly missed by her brothers Michael and Joe, sisters Catherine (Dunne) Betty (Ross), Mary (Murphy), brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours, friends and former colleagues in Laois County Council.

May Anne Rest in Peace.

Anne will be reposing at her residence this Tuesday from 2pm, concluding with the recital of the Rosary at 8pm.

Removal by Whelehan Funeral directors on Wednesday morning at 11.20am, to arrive at the Sacred Heart Church, Stradbally for 12 noon Requiem Mass, which can be viewed on the parish webcam. Interment to follow in Oakvale Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff in ICU in Midland Regional Hospital Portlaoise for their tender and loving care they showed to Anne during her illness.
