Laois death notice: Arthur John (Charlie) Hovenden, Durrow

Arthur John (Charlie) Hovenden, Glenageary, Co Dublin and formerly of Durrow, Co Laois and AIB died peacefully on 12 October, in his 95th year.

Beloved husband of Hilary, much loved father of Jonathan and Ross, adoring granddad of Millie and loving brother of Harry and the late Bob, Janet and Edie. He will be mourned and missed by his family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Collier’s Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Thursday 16 October from 6pm to 8pm. 

Funeral Service on Friday at 11.30am in St Paul’s Church, Silchester Road, Glenageary, followed by private cremation.

No flowers please. Donations, in memory of Charlie, to Pieta House.
