Laois death notice: Brendan (Barney) Murtagh, Mountrath

Brendan (Barney) Murtagh, Woodbrook, Mountrath, Laois and formerly Dublin passed away unexpectedly on 3 November at the Midland Regional Hospital Portlaoise. Predeceased by his son Shane.

Sadly missed by his beloved wife Tracy, daughters Tara and Leah, brother, sisters, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May Barney rest in peace 

 Removal on Saturday to St Fintan’s Church, Mountrath (R32EC61) for Requiem Mass at 10am, followed by burial in St Fintan’s Cemetery, Mountrath.

Barney’s Requiem Mass will be live streamed on www.mountrathparish.ie House private please at all times.
