Family death notice: Christopher O'Driscoll, Cork City/Portlaoise, Laois
It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Christopher (Christy), late of Cork and Portlaoise, who passed away on 10 November, peacefully after a short illness bravely borne, in the presence of his loving family and in the wonderful care of doctors, nurses and staff of Tullamore Regional Hospital.
Beloved husband of Theresa, cherished father of Selina, Noreen, Joleen and stepson John, adored son of Donie. Predeceased by his aunts Celia and Gretta.
Sadly missed by his loving family, all his grandchildren, sons-in-law David, Paddy, Martin, brothers Donie, Willie, Joey, sister Noreen, sister-in-law Kathleen, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and large circle of friends.
May Christy’s soul rest in peace.
Reposing at Keohane’s Funeral Home on Wednesday, 12 November from 5pm-6pm, with prayers at 5.45pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday at 12noon in The Church Of The Resurrection, Farranree, Cork.
Funeral afterwards to St John's Cemetery, Ovens, Cork (P31 VF44).
