Laois death notice: Christy Rafter, Ballyroan

Christy Rafter, Colt, Ballyroan, Laois passed away on Thursday 19 February, in his 91st year, at The Residence Nursing Home Portlaoise.

Ex-porter at Portlaoise Hospital, he will be sadly missed by his sisters Mary (Brennan) and Nan (Dunne), sisters-in-law Annette and Betty (Rafter), nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Christy Rest in Peace.

Funeral Prayers on Friday 20 February in St Fintan’s Church, Raheen (R32WT44) at 6pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 2pm, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
