Laois death notice: Colm Phelan, Portlaoise

Colm Phelan, Hill View Drive, Tralee, Kerry and formerly Portlaoise, Laois, died peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, on 31 August.

Beloved husband of Marie, dearest father of Sharon, Deirdre and Conor, brother of the late Anthony and Ann.

Sadly missed by his loving family, his grandchildren Gearóid, Eilís, Mícheál, Odhrán and Aoibhín, son-in-law John, daughter-in-law Solweg, brother Donncha, sister-in-law Sinead, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee, on Tuesday 2 September from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral arriving to St John’s Church, Tralee on Wednesday morning at 9.30am, where the Requiem Mass for Colm will be celebrated at 10am (streamed on www.stjohns.ie).

Interment afterwards in Annagh Cemetery, Dingle Road, Tralee.
