Eric died peacefully on 11 March, in his 85th year, in the loving care of Beechwood Nursing Home. Predeceased by his brothers Noel, Harry and sister Lily.

Sadly missed and remembered by his loving family, wife Ann, daughter Erica, son Winston, son in law Barry, daughter in law Orla, his seven adored grandchildren, Sarah, Megan, Rowan, Zach, Zarah, Evie and Ellie, sisters Doris and Muriel, brothers Leslie and Cecil, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Moran’s Funeral Home, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny (R95 PD82) on Wednesday 12 March from 4pm, concluding at 8pm with funeral prayers.

Funeral service in Mayo Church, Crettyard (R93 R621) on Thursday at 2pm, followed by burial in the adjoining churchyard.
