Frances Conroy, RIP
Frances Conroy (née Campion), Hillview, Mountrath Road, Portlaoise, Laois and formerly of Lisduff, Errill, Laois and St Theresa’s Nursing Home, Thurles, Co Tipperary died peacefully in her 102nd year, after a short illness, in the loving care of her family and the wonderful staff of Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel.
Predeceased by her loving husband Eddie and her sons Eamonn and Sean Raymond, her parents Edward (Campion) and Margaret (DeLacey Byrne) sisters Joan and Mary, brothers Miko, Charlie, Eddie, Peter, Paddy, Noel and Fr Joe S.A.C. Argentina.
Beloved mother of Bernie (Laois Injury Clinic), Joe (Ratoath) and Máiréad O’Brien (Ballincollig).
Very sadly missed by her devoted sons and daughter, daughters-in-law Jessie, Margaret and Marie, son-in-law Martin, her adored grandchildren Lauren, Fiona, Kate, Martin, Eimear, John and David and her great-grandchildren Rachel, Harry, Arthur, Aidan, Evie and Sibel, her nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family, friends and the wonderful staff of St Theresa’s.
Frances's family would sincerely like to thank the staff of St Theresa’s Nursing Home, Thurles and the staff of Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel for the loving care and compassion extended to her.
Reposing this Sunday in Keegan's Funeral Home, Portlaoise (R32 W10E) from 3pm, with Rosary at 4.30pm.
Removal on Monday from her son Bernie's home (R32 KA0X) to SS Peter & Paul’s Church, Portlaoise, arriving for 2pm Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in SS Peter and Paul's Cemetery.
House private on Monday.
