Laois death notice: Francis Bates, Abbeyleix

Francis Bates, Gort na nÓir, Abbeyleix, Laois and late of Cullahill, Laois and Ewell, Surrey, UK, died peacefully at his residence.

Survived by his son Oisin, daughters Mia and Grace, brothers Tommy, Eamonn, Sean and Jimmy and extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral arriving at The Church Of The Most Holy Rosary, Abbeyleix for 11am Requiem Mass on Wednesday. Interment afterwards in St Patrick's Cemetery, Abbeyleix.
