Laois death notice: Gertrude (Gertie) Maher (née Kinsella), Stradbally

Gertrude (Gertie) Maher (née Kinsella), Church Avenue, Stradbally, Laois died peacefully at Clover Lodge Nursing Home, Athy, Co Kildare, on 13 May.

Predeceased by her husband Noel.

Sadly missed by her brother Larry, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and all her friends.

May Gertrude rest in peace.

Gertrude will repose at the Presentation Chapel, Stradbally, from 5pm today, Wednesday, with recital of the Rosary at 8pm.

Requiem Mass tomorrow, Thursday, at 11am in the Sacred Heart Church, Stradbally, followed by burial in Oakvale Cemetery.

Funeral Mass can be viewed on the Stradbally parish webcam.
