Laois death notice: Helen Keenan (née Conroy), Mountrath

Helen Keenan, RIP

Helen Keenan (née Conroy), Church Street, Mountrath and formerly of Roundwood, Mountrath, Laois passed away unexpectedly on 6 August in St James’s Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Tim, her parents Michael and Catherine and her brother Stephen.

Loving mother to Declan and nana to Oisín. Sadly missed by her family, nephew Francis, niece Catherine, brothers-in-law Frank and P.J. (Keenan) and sister-in-law Sheila (Dowling), extended family, relatives, neighbours, her friends in Killanure ICA, a large circle of friends and her cherished dog, Joey.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at her home this Friday and Saturday evenings from 4pm, with Rosary both evenings at 8pm.

Removal on Sunday morning to St Fintan’s Church, Mountrath for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, followed by burial in Camross Cemetery – cortège will proceed via Roundwood.

Family time on Sunday morning please.
