James Griffin, Davitt Road, Mountmellick, formerly of Ballynane, Annascaul, Co. Kerry died peacefully, in the loving care of his heartbroken family.

Predeceased by his sisters Agnes and Kay.

Beloved husband to Charlotte, loving father to son John, daughters Caroline, Anne and Claire. Grandchildren James, Lucy, Emma, Laoise, Tadhg, Jenna and John. Daughter in law Geraldine, sons in law Michael and John. Brother Paddy, and sister Mary, brothers in law, sister in laws, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends and former colleagues of An Garda Sìochána.

May his gentle soul rest in everlasting peace.
