James (Jimmy) Costigan, RIP
James (Jimmy) Costigan, Cannonswood Cross, Cullohill, Laois passed away peacefully on 8 June, surrounded by his loving family, while under the care of the medical staff at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.
He is predeceased by his parents, his brothers Mick and Kieran and his sisters Kathleen and Bab.
Jimmy will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Mary, his sons Brendan, Liam and Aidan and his daughters Alriona and Ann, his brother John, his adoring grandchildren Alice, Cora, Tommy, Patrick, Eva, Emma and Laura, his sons in law Bill and Paul and his daughter in law Catherine, sisters in law Ann and Kitty, his extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
May he Rest in Peace.
Reposing at St Tighernach’s Church, Cullohill, Laois (R32 EV76) this Wednesday from 4pm, pausing for the Rosary at 7pm.
Requiem Mass on Thursday at 2pm in St Tighernach’s Church, Cullohill, with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Jimmy’s Requiem Mass will be streamed live via the church webstream.

The Costigan family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all the staff at Fennorhill Nursing Care Facility, Urlingford, Co Kilkenny for the kindness, compassion and excellent care they gave to Jimmy during his time there. Knowing that he was treated with dignity, respect and warmth brought them all great comfort.
