Laois death notice: Joe Carroll, Mountrath

Joe Carroll, Clonard, Kilbricken, Mountrath, Laois passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 3 June at The Residence Nursing Home, Portlaoise, surrounded by his loving sons Joseph and Declan and in the loving care of nurses and staff of The Residence Nursing Home.

Predeceased by his parents Johanna and William Carroll.

Deeply regretted by his sons Joseph and Declan, grandchildren Kirsty, John-Joe, Ciara, Claudia, Dylan, Calum, Kyle, Annabelle, great-granddaughter Connie, daughters-in-law Antoinette and Lorraine, extended family, his many friends and valued customers.

May Joe Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Burke’s Funeral Home, Mountrath (R32Y661) this Thursday from 6pm, concluding with Rosary at 8pm.

Removal on Friday morning to St Fintan’s Church, Mountrath (R32X338), arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am, followed by burial in St Fintan’s Cemetery, Mountrath.

Joe’s Requiem Mass will be live streamed on the parish webcam.
