Laois death notice: John Dooley, Borris-in-Ossory

John Dooley, Rockview, Borris-in-Ossory, Laois passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday 5 October.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Betty, who passed away on 23 June 2025.

Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by his son Keith, Keith's wife Amanda, grandchildren Zara, Mia, Emily and Callum, sisters Margaret and Mary, brother Michael, sister-in-law Tricia, brother-in-law Joe, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May John rest in peace.

Reposing at Guilfoyle's Funeral Home, Castletown (R32TN84) this Thursday evening from 6pm to 8pm, pausing for prayers at 7pm.

Removal from Guilfoyle's Funeral Home on Friday at 10.30am, to arrive at Kyle Cemetery for burial at 11am.

All welcome to meet in the funeral home.
