Laois death notice: John Keavey, Portlaoise

John Keavey, Borris Road, Portlaoise, Laois died peacefully on 18 March, in the loving care of Mowlan Nursing Home, Sligo, surrounded by his loving family.

Retired Chief Officer of Portlaoise Prison and Wheatfield Prison, Clondalkin. Predeceased by his loving wife Phyllis.

Deeply regretted by his loving daughters Patricia and Siobháin and sons John and Paul. Adored grandad to Darren, Emma, Daniel, Oran, Kayley, Roan, Finn, Sinéad and Siobhán, great-grandad to Lyla Rose, Rian Colby, Gracie mae and Amara, sons in law Tom and Eoin, daughter in law Nadine, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace.

Requiem mass on Saturday, 21 March, at 2pm in SS Peter and Paul's Church, Portlaoise, followed by interment in SS Peter and Paul's Cemetery.
