Laois death notice: John O’Shea, Portlaoise

John O’Shea, Birchgrove, Portlaoise, Laois and formerly St John’s Square died on 18 January at Portlaoise Regional Hospital, surrounded by his partner and family, after a brief illness.

Remembered by his loving partner Holly, daughters Denise, Janette and Katie, son John and grandchildren Ada, Dale, Leon, Anna, Rossa, Kit and Ivy.

He will be sorely missed by his sisters Mary, Lucy and Anne, brother Joe, nephews, nieces. extended family, neighbours and many friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Keegan’s funeral home, Portlaoise this Wednesday evening from 6.30pm until 8pm, with Rosary at 7.30pm.

Removal on Thursday morning to arrive at SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Portlaoise for 11am requiem Mass. 

Interment will follow in SS Peter and Paul’s cemetery in family plot.
