Laois death notice: Joseph (Joe) O'Neill, Abbeyleix

Joseph (Joe) O'Neill, Dirreen, Ballyroan Road, Abbeyleix, Laois and formerly Tahilla, Sneem, Co Kerry died peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, after an illness bravely borne.

Beloved husband of Mary, devoted father of Linda (Lennon), Ger, Eugene and Brian. Dear brother of Timmie, Sheila (Drummond), and Mary (Walsh).

Sadly missed by his loving family, his adored grandchildren Aaron, Eoghan, Clodagh, Kate, Tara, James, Ruairi and Fiadh, son-in-law Rioch, daughters-in-law Stephanie, Caroline and Michelle, nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his home (R32 WN67) on Tuesday 13th from 4pm to 8pm, with prayers at 7pm.

Removal on Wednesday morning to arrive at the Church of The Most Holy Rosary, Abbeyleix for 12 noon requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in St Patrick's Cemetery, Abbeyleix.
