Josie Flynn (née Lakes), RIP
The death occurred unexpectedly on 24 March of Josephine, better known as Josie, Flynn (née Lakes), Vicarstown, Laois and formerly Old Leighlin, Co Carlow, at her residence in her 95th year.
Predeceased by her husband William (Bill), her parents John and Bridget, brothers Thomas and Johnny, sister Mary Farrell and her niece Josephine Coleman.
Deeply regretted by her sister, Sr. Beatrice Lakes, Brigidine Convent, Tullow, Co Carlow, nieces Bernadette, Catherine, Beatrice, Carmel, Josie (UK), nephews William (USA), John (USA), Jonnie (UK), Liam (UK) and Vincent (UK), grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephews, extended families, kind neighbours and friends.
May Josephine Rest in Peace Reposing at her residence on Wednesday from 2pm, with Recital of the Rosary at 8pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday in the Church of the Assumption, Vicarstown at 10am. Interment to follow in Oakvale Cemetery, Stradbally.
